What's included in each detailing package?

Each package is designed for different levels of care. The Outermost covers a complete exterior detail including hand wash, tire cleaning, and trim conditioning. Quick & Spotless adds a thorough interior detail with vacuuming, steam cleaning, and UV coating. Distinctive Way combines both for a full vehicle transformation. How long does a typical detail take?

Service times vary by package and vehicle condition. Exterior details run 1-2 hours, interior & exterior combos take 2-4 hours, and specialized services like paint correction or ceramic coating can take 4-10+ hours. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you book.

Do prices change based on vehicle size or condition?

Our listed prices are starting prices for standard-sized vehicles in typical condition. Larger vehicles (SUVs, trucks, vans) or vehicles that need extra attention (heavy pet hair, excessive dirt, neglected paint) may require a small upcharge. We'll always quote you before we begin.

What's the difference between a polish and a ceramic coating?

A polish (our Refined Finish Polish) removes surface imperfections like swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation to restore your paint's shine. A ceramic coating (My Ceramic Distinction) adds a protective layer on top of your paint that repels water, UV rays, and contaminants for years. Think of polish as restoring beauty, and ceramic as preserving it.

How do memberships work?

Choose a plan that fits your needs, and we'll set up automatic monthly billing. You get a set number of details per month or year (depending on the plan), plus preferred pricing on all additional services and priority scheduling. It's the easiest way to keep your vehicle in top condition year-round.

Can I cancel or change my membership?

Yes — memberships can be cancelled or changed with 30 days notice so we can process the change before your next billing cycle. Please note that cancellations within the first 3 months may be subject to an early cancellation fee. After that, there are no long-term contracts and no hidden fees.

Which membership is right for me?

It depends on how you use your vehicle. Keeping It Fresh is great for maintaining a clean interior between full details. Season Refresh adds exterior care. Distinctive Standard is our most popular — perfect for someone who wants regular full details. The Endurance is for enthusiasts who want their car looking perfect year-round. Not sure? How do I maintain my car after a detail?

Avoid automatic car washes — they can scratch your paint and strip protective coatings. Use a gentle hand wash with pH-neutral soap, dry with microfiber towels, and park in shade when possible. How long does ceramic coating last?

Our professional-grade ceramic coating provides lifetime protection when properly maintained. The hydrophobic effect and UV resistance are designed to endure years of daily driving. We'll teach you how to maintain it, and regular maintenance details help extend its performance.

Can you remove deep scratches?

Our paint correction service can remove or significantly reduce most surface-level scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation. Scratches that have gone through the clear coat into the base paint may require touch-up paint or bodywork. We'll assess your vehicle honestly and let you know what's achievable.

Is professional detailing safe for all paint types and finishes?

Yes. We use paint-safe, pH-balanced products and techniques appropriate for all finishes including clear coat, single-stage, matte, and wrapped vehicles. We assess your paint before beginning any work and adjust our approach accordingly. Your vehicle is in expert hands.
